Inventory Operations Associate

Deel is an all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams. We're looking for an Inventory Operations Associate to assist with managing our Asset Clearance service and internal IT circular economy.

Requirements

• Monitoring and managing end-of-life inventory across all Hofy locations
• Executing clearance activities promptly and ensuring all related documentation is accurate and up-to-date
• Sourcing, evaluating, and managing global asset clearance vendors
• Liaising with customers to coordinate clearance activities, ensuring a smooth experience
• Maintaining a detailed and regularly updated database of vendors, quotes, and market pricing
• Ensuring inventory levels meet targets for each location, balancing supply and demand effectively
• Verifying inventory readiness, ensuring items meet the standards of sale
• Implementing and maintaining inventory policies and processes to optimize operations
• Creating and distributing detailed reports on inventory, clearance activities, and vendor performance
• Maintaining organized records of transactions, processes, and communications
