Requirements

• 10+ years in payroll management, with a deep understanding of global payroll systems, processes, and regulations.
• 5 years management experience
• Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing payroll teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience managing payroll for a multi-national workforce across multiple jurisdictions, including complex tax and compliance issues.
• Ability to analyze complex payroll data, identify trends, and implement data-driven solutions to improve payroll operations.
• Track record of driving process improvements, streamlining operations, and implementing scalable systems for growing organizations.
• Familiarity with payroll software and tools and the ability to integrate payroll systems with other business platforms.
• In-depth understanding of local, state, federal, and international payroll laws, including tax regulations, labor laws, and reporting requirements.
• High level of accuracy in payroll processing, with a focus on minimizing errors and addressing discrepancies efficiently.
• Ability to align payroll operations with company growth strategies, driving both operational excellence and employee satisfaction.
