We are looking for you, located in Trier, Bonn or 100% remote in Germany as a
Solution Architect (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
Design and architect state of the art solution blueprints for on premises and cloud deployment
Define building blocks of a solution and relations between solutions and components
Define interoperability scenarios between components
Prepare and define testing strategies and requirements
Perform design reviews
Perform 3rd party evaluations
Write technical documentation
Work with both local and international product teams.
You bring along:
University degree in computer science, information systems or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Several years of working experience as a solution architect or in an equivalent role
Background in Software Engineering and / or System Integrations
Practical experience in development of enterprise applications
Experience in CI environments and DevOps methodologies
Experience with container virtualization and management
Knowledge in hybrid cloud solutions and working on Linux, Windows, Cloud-native as well as the design of high available solutions and infrastructure management (e.g. Network configuration, firewalls)
Knowledge in Security best practices
Experience with AWS native services (EKS, RDS, S3, AppStream, (...)) is a plus
Strong oral and written English language skills
