Overview

Join our dynamic team as Complex Reservations Administrator at Islamorada Resort Collection! This opportunity is for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual who is skilled in executing reservations as part of a successful revenue strategy. In this role, you will work closely with our Revenue, Sales and Operations teams to coordinate reservations for FIT, Wholesale and local accounts, ensuring all details are processed accurately. Must effectively communicate reservation information to the property teams including Front Desk and Accounting. You will have the opportunity to work in a multi-resort environment, providing exceptional customer service to guests and team members. This position is an entry level remote position.

Qualifications

· Prior experience in hotel reservations preferred

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills is a must

· Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills

· Read, write, and speak English fluently

· Demonstrate ability to manage duties independently without close supervision

· Ability to multitask and prioritize requests and assignments in a fast-paced environment
