Due to rapid growth in Brazil, we are expanding our delivery network and looking for strong sourcing-focused recruiters who can identify, engage, and manage talent pipelines specifically within the Brazilian market.
Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Remote (Brazil-based sourcing)
Employment Type: EOR / Commission-Based or Freelance/Commission based
Responsibilities
- Source high-volume candidates in Brazil for roles based in São Paulo
- Use your own job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing methods
- Conduct screening interviews and assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate interviews and maintain smooth candidate communication throughout the process
- Keep ATS pipelines updated and organised
- Work closely with DKR delivery leadership on fast-moving recruitment projects
Requirements
- Fluent Portuguese and good English communication skills
- Previous recruitment or sourcing experience within Brazil
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and pipelines independently
- Strong responsiveness, organisation, and communication skills
- Experience in high-volume recruitment environments is Essential
• ATS experience is an advantage
