DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customer accounts through proactive and personalised communication
Identify customer needs and deliver high-quality service and customer experience
Engage customers across multiple communication channels and platforms
Organise and coordinate customer-focused activities and events tailored to the target market
Create positive, memorable, and long-term customer experiences
Develop strong market connections and maintain awareness of relevant industry and social events
Handle customer interactions in a professional, responsive, and relationship-driven manner
Manage multiple customer requests and priorities effectively while maintaining high service standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native / fluent in Spanish with good command in English (B2 level and higher)
3+ years of experience as an Account Manager from online gaming industry (online casino/igaming) or land-based casino
Experienced with Mexican high valued clients
Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and proactive professional with strong ownership mentality
Excellent communication, presentation, and public relations skills
Customer-oriented mindset with ability to adapt communication style to different personalities
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accountability
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer engagement tools is considered an advantage
Knowledge of local market trends, events, and networking opportunities is considered a strong advantage.
