The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, Intune, O365, and O365 migrations, as well as strong virtualization background and solid networking fundamentals.
Requirements
- Design, implement, and optimize secure systems and networks across fast-moving client environments.
- Serve as the top-tier escalation point across Azure, Intune, VMware, Nutanix, Citrix, and Active Directory.
- Lead technical investigations and resolve escalated problems across LAN/WAN environments.
- Provide expert-level support for firewalls, routing, switching, backup solutions, and hosted IP voice services.
- Mentor and develop our Tier II engineers, raising the technical bar of the whole team.
- Own the ticket lifecycle in Autotask and champion ITSM best practices.
