About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to drive growth in the Middle East region, with a primary focus on Arabic-speaking customers. You will play a dual role of hunting and farming: nurturing and managing our existing client relationships, while actively identifying upsell, cross-sell, and new sales opportunities.
This is an exciting opportunity to represent Datahash’s first-party data products across a rapidly growing market.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management & Growth
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing Arabic-speaking customers across the Middle East.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring satisfaction and renewal.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the customer base and drive revenue growth.
- New Sales & Business Development
- Generate new leads in the region through outreach, partnerships, and events.
- Conduct sales demos, presentations, and product walkthroughs in Arabic and English.
- Support the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, coordinating with internal teams.
- Customer Engagement & Support
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries in Arabic, ensuring smooth communication.
- Support clients in understanding product capabilities, integrations, and use cases.
- Collaborate with delivery and support teams to resolve customer issues, ensuring success.
- Market Development
- Act as the voice of Arabic customers, providing feedback to product and leadership teams.
- Stay updated on digital marketing and data privacy trends in the Middle East region.
- Contribute to go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and localized messaging in Arabic.
Requirements
Requirements
- Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience:1–3 years in sales, account management, or customer success (SaaS, MarTech, or Digital Ads background preferred).
- Language Skills:
- Fluent Arabic (native-level) – mandatory.
- Strong command of English – required.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English.
- Ability to build and nurture strong customer relationships.
- Knowledge of digital advertising, analytics, and MarTech is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
