Medior ML Ops Engineer

Location: Remote(Eu)

Contract details: 12 months/freelance/ SRL or PFA

Overview:

We are seeking a Medior MLOps Engineer to support the deployment and operation of ML pipelines and AI agents within the Databricks Mosaic AI ecosystem.
You will help maintain scalable, automated, and secure MLOps workflows aligned with best practices in observability and CI/CD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in deploying and maintaining ML pipelines using Databricks Mosaic AI and MLflow.

• Support agentic AI deployment, orchestration, and lifecycle management.

• Manage containerized workloads using Kubernetes and Docker.

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for models, agents, and data workflows.

• Implement and monitor observability metrics to ensure reliability and performance.

• Collaborate with senior engineers to enhance automation and governance standards.

Required Skills Experience:

• 2-4 years of experience in MLOps, Data Engineering, or Platform Engineering.

• Hands-on experience with Databricks Mosaic AI, MLflow, and model lifecycle management.

• Working knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, ARM templates).

• Understanding of CI/CD principles and monitoring for ML workloads.

• Basic awareness of AI agent behavior and responsible AI practices.

• Experience with Git, agile collaboration, and secure development practices.
