We are looking for a proactive and self-driven Key Account Manager to strengthen our presence in Kazakhstan and neighboring countries. The position will be key in expanding our footprint in the HVAC sector, with a focus on core product lines such as heat exchangers, electronic controls, and commercial compressors.
Requirements
- Develop and implement commercial strategies focused primarily on refrigeration and HVAC sectors
- Manage and coordinate a local team member, supporting their professional growth and development of specific skills
- Build and structure the commercial presence in the territory, defining effective processes and working models for the sales team
- Identify new business opportunities and build lasting relationships with key customers and local stakeholders
- Monitor the market and analyze competitors to timely adapt commercial strategies
- Collaborate with marketing and product management to align offerings with the specific needs of the local market
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and revenue goals
- Manage complex commercial negotiations, securing advantageous conditions for Danfoss and customers
- Represent Danfoss at trade fairs, industry events, and institutional meetings, promoting the company’s image and values
