We're currently hiring a Customer Support to join one of our partners, a startup from Iceland working on AI Anti Money Laundering solutions. The Company is looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join the team.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a customer support, technical support, or client-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
- Hands-on experience with API integrations, including troubleshooting and implementation
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to complete integration and workflow design tasks
- Proficiency with ticketing systems or equivalent tools for managing customer inquiries
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, concise manner
- Empathy and patience in handling customer concerns, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Familiarity with fintech, compliance, or anti-money laundering (AML) technology is a plus
