Philippines onlyWe’re seeking an experienced Senior Construction / Building Estimator to support both sales and hire lines of business across our modular manufacturing and construction projects.
Requirements
- Lead complex tenders with a high degree of accuracy, including full integration of sub contractor scopes and pricing.
- Develop clear and concise specifications, scopes of work and clarifications tailored to customer requirements.
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Design, Manufacturing and Construction teams to develop estimates and bid submissions.
- Act as a technical lead for junior estimators.
- Proven experience using CostX or similar estimating software.
- Strong site‐based construction experience, ideally with a builder or civil contractor, with practical understanding of pricing, sequencing, and delivery.
- Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit with strong ability to read and interpret drawings and documentation.
