Senior Bookkeeper (AU Accounting Firm SME) - 223

Seeking an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to support Australian small business clients with full-cycle bookkeeping, accurate financial records, and timely BAS preparation.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience, preferably supporting Australian clients
• Proficiency in Xero is required
• Proficiency in MYOB and/or QuickBooks Online (QBO) is strongly preferred
• Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills
• Strong working knowledge of bookkeeping principles, Australian GST, and general compliance requirements
• Experience working with Australian small business clients across varying industries
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all financial records
• Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously without constant supervision
• Strong time management skills and a consistent track record of meeting deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
