As a Sourcing Specialist, you will focus on identifying and building talent pipelines in the Philippine market for AU/NZ mortgage support roles. Responsibilities include sourcing and engaging candidates, conducting outreach, pre-screening conversations, and resume reviews, maintaining accurate candidate profiles, and collaborating with recruiters.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment
- Experience with roles such as Credit Analyst, Loan Processor, Mortgage Broker Assistant, or Parabroker in the Australian mortgage industry
- Strong understanding of AU/NZ mortgage processes and financial services workflows
- Hands-on experience using ATS tools (preferably Workable)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple sourcing pipelines and tasks simultaneously
- Basic familiarity with typing assessments and candidate evaluation methods
- Ability to accurately review resumes and assess candidate fit against role requirements
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
