We are seeking a dedicated and organized Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Pear Tree in a remote role. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing offers. Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to build lasting client and candidate relationships are essential for success in this position.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or Recruiter with full end-to-end recruitment responsibility
- Mandatory experience recruiting for UK clients
- Demonstrated experience sourcing and hiring roles within the mortgage industry
- Strong client management experience
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools
- Familiarity with Australian hiring practices, recruitment processes, and market expectations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Experience using ATS platforms such as Workable, and Hubspot (CRM)
- Ability to work remotely and align with Australian business hours
