We’re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our high-performing sales team at Cyncly. This role is 100% outbound and focused on generating new opportunities by connecting with prospects in the Kitchen & Bath and Flooring industries.

Requirements

  • Previous SDR experience is preferred but not required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple outreach sequences at once
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and motivated by hitting and exceeding goals
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong is a plus
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fully remote environment
