Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS enterprise sales
  • At least 4 years in a leadership or management role
  • Proven track record of building and scaling a successful sales team from scratch
  • Deep understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and experience selling complex software solutions
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and sales engagement tools
