Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS enterprise sales
- At least 4 years in a leadership or management role
- Proven track record of building and scaling a successful sales team from scratch
- Deep understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and experience selling complex software solutions
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and sales engagement tools
