Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Power Platform including AI services and solutions and will be responsible in leading the design, development, and implementation of scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Copilot Studio. This role requires a combination of strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for driving customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect and implement end-to-end solutions using Power Platform components: Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
Play a leading role on implementation projects serving as the technical expert supporting other technical resources, project managers, and change management leaders.
Conduct discovery workshops with customers and business analysts to gather and understand business challenges, requirements, and goals.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure best practices in governance, security, and performance optimization across Power Platform environments.
Write and present detailed technical proposals, including solution architecture, implementation plan, and cost estimates.
Design and lead Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements for key clients, guiding them through the testing and validation process to showcase the effectiveness of Copilot Studio / Power Platform solutions.
Design integrations with third-party applications, services, and APIs.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments of the Power Platform and provide ongoing consultation to clients on best practices and new features.
Participate in internal training sessions to educate team members on Power Platform, AI capabilities, and the company’s unique value proposition.
Collaborate with internal teams to create and refine proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation that highlight the value and feasibility of proposed solutions.
Experience:
8+ years working in professional services in a consulting role
6+ years of experience in Power Platform
Proven ability to engage clients, understand their needs, and translate them into innovative technical solutions
Strong presentation, demonstration, and communication skills
Proven experience with Copilot Studio (Azure AI Studio and / or Bot Framework is a plus)
Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Insights) preferred
