Requirements
- Plan and implement migration of applications, data, and services to Azure or vendor-hosted platforms from on-prem, AWS, and Azure sources.
- Configure and validate integrations, identity/authorization flows, and connectivity across hybrid environments.
- Perform hands-on systems administration, server configuration, and environment readiness (networking, firewall, DNS, certificates).
- Troubleshoot migration issues (performance, dependency mapping, compatibility) and drive root-cause analysis.
- Support end-user training, change management, and go-live cutover activities.
- Collaborate with product, infrastructure, and security teams to align on best practices (backups, resilience, monitoring).
- Document runbooks, migration plans, test cases, and rollback procedures to ensure repeatable, compliant delivery.
- Participate in client meetings (camera-on), onsite engagements, and stakeholder updates; represent the migration team professionally.
