We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Access Management Analyst to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. This role is responsible for fielding and resolving access-related incidents and fulfilling user access requests across the organization.
Requirements
- Process and fulfill access requests for applications, systems, and data following established security policies and role-based access controls (RBAC).
- Investigate and resolve access-related incidents by troubleshooting user issues and escalating when necessary.
- Create, modify, and remove user accounts in Active Directory, enterprise applications, and other identity platforms.
- Ensure compliance with IAM policies by verifying approvals, auditing access changes, and maintaining documentation.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to improve access management processes and user experience.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring employees, contractors, and vendors have appropriate access.
- Assist in periodic access reviews to enforce least privilege principles and mitigate security risks.
- Document procedures and knowledge articles to improve efficiency and self-service capabilities.
