About the Role:

The Senior Revenue Enablement Technical Course Writer plays a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering world-class enablement content that empowers our Technical Revenue Enablement and Partner organizations. This individual will transform complex technical concepts into engaging, outcome-driven learning experiences that support sales proficiency, product fluency, and go-to-market alignment.

You’ll collaborate closely with the Director of Revenue Enablement Learning and Design, product and technical subject matter experts (SMEs), and cross-functional stakeholders across the business. While learning outcomes are defined in partnership with management, this role takes ownership of curriculum design, instructional flow, and full-course content development.

This senior-level role is for a course writer with well-developed skills. The writer must oversee multiple complex projects simultaneously, write clearly and precisely, and develop training content that clearly improves performance.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop Training Courses: Design training programs for roles that help make sales, like Sales Engineering, Technical Enablement, and Partners. Make sure these programs break down technical subjects into simple concepts. They should be engaging and aim to meet specific goals.

  • Collaborate with Leadership and SMEs: Partner with the Director of Revenue Enablement Learning and Design to shape curriculum strategy, then work directly with SMEs to develop detailed content, exercises, and assessments.

  • Create Multi-Format Learning Assets: Write and structure materials for a variety of delivery formats, including eLearnings, facilitator-led sessions, one-pagers, slide decks, simulations, and workshop materials.

  • Apply Instructional Design Best Practices: Use adult learning principles and enablement methodologies to structure content that reinforces behavior change and skill application.

  • Drive Consistency and Quality: Ensure all content aligns with brand, tone, and learning standards. Self-edit for accuracy, grammar, flow, and instructional clarity.

  • Manage Multiple Projects: Prioritize and execute multiple concurrent projects across stakeholders, maintaining quality and deadlines.

  • Leverage Tools and Technology: Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Synthesia), Google Workspace, and learning development platforms (Docebo) to streamline content creation and enhance course design.

  • Work as a Creative Partner: Your role will be to enhance storytelling and visual learning. Propose new ideas to strengthen collaboration and learning in our enablement network.

What You’ll Need:

  • 8+ years of experience in revenue enablement, instructional design, or course development within SaaS, cybersecurity, or other technical industries.

  • Proven track record in designing and writing technical or sales-engineering-focused enablement programs that drive measurable outcomes.

  • Proficient collaboration and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams, including SMEs, product, and GTM management.

  • Remarkable writing, editing, and self-review skills; a sharp eye for grammar, structure, and instructional flow.

  • Experience developing multi-modal learning materials (eLearning, ILT, VILT, job aids, decks, and quick reference materials).

  • Knowledge with AI-assisted content creation and collaboration tools such as ChatGPT and Google Docs/Slides.

  • Deep awareness of enablement best practices and adult learning principles.

  • Highly organized, with proven ability to manage multiple high-visibility projects in parallel.

  • Interest for clarity, creativity, and learning design excellence

Bonus Points:

  • Experience creating enablement content for Sales Engineering, Technical Enablement, or Partner audiences.

  • Knowledge with enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Docebo, Rise, Synthesia, Articulate).

  • Background in cybersecurity, SaaS, or other complex technology environments.

  • Proficient storytelling abilities and the ability to make complex technical information easy to understand in a business context.
