Responsibilities:Annotate and evaluate e-commerce-related text dataIdentify issues across the system and contribute to solution analysisHelp improve the accuracy and effectiveness of an AI-powered customer service bot
Qualifications:Native Vietnamese speakerCurrently located in European regions or in United Kingdom, Brazil, Canada, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Philippines, or MalaysiaExperience in the e-commerce and/or customer service industry preferredQA/Quality Analyst background is a plus, not requiredEnglish proficiency: Minimum B2 levelMust have access to a laptop or desktop (Windows 10 or later, macOS, or Linux)
Duration: Start Date: August 2025 End Date: January 2026 (6-month engagement) Expected Workload: 4–8 hours/day
