Senior AI Engineer

We are looking for an experienced engineer to occupy a key position in the company's technical structure. The project concerns the development and scaling of a global Certification-as-a-Service platform that automates the entire cycle of professional exams.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in programming, designing, and implementing scalable web applications and distributed systems of production class.
• Solid programming skills in Python and experience with other backend technologies (.NET, Go, or Java).
• Experience working with modern ML frameworks, such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, or equivalents.
• Practical knowledge of architectures like Transformers, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), agents, and AI tool-use mechanisms.
• Experience working with LLM APIs and/or open-source base models.
• Ability to independently read, evaluate, and implement solutions from scientific papers (ML/AI).
• Practical knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of statistics, optimization, and machine learning fundamentals.
• Ability to analyze the end-to-end system (security, stability, scalability).
• English proficiency enabling technical and business communication in the team.
