Requirements
- Completed studies in business informatics, business administration with IT focus, or IT-related training
- Professional experience in IT support or application environment
- Experience with web and portal solutions, technical understanding of digital applications
- Knowledge of JSON and XML, experience in analyzing log files and simple SQL select queries
- Practice in direct customer contact, ideally in the banking environment or in a regulated environment
