The journey of CP Engineers, Architecture & Environmental Services began in 1983, founded as Cerenzio & Panaro, P.C. The firm's initial focus was on providing dedicated professional engineering support to municipal utilities authorities and operators of water and sewer systems. This foundational expertise in essential public infrastructure set the stage for decades of growth and diversification. A significant evolution occurred in 2012 when CP Engineers acquired Cerenzio & Panaro, P.C., a move that both honored the legacy of its founders and signaled a new chapter of expansion. The following year, the firm strategically broadened its service lines, adding new expertise and capabilities to its portfolio. This period of growth was about more than just expansion; it was about deepening the firm's ability to provide comprehensive, integrated solutions to a wider range of clients.

By 2020, CP Engineers entered a new era, marked by a focused leadership and a clear vision for the future. This strategic realignment involved spinning off a non-essential service line to concentrate on the core mission: delivering exceptional engineering consulting services across its primary lines of business. This renewed focus was accompanied by a fresh brand identity and a new website, reflecting the firm's extensive experience and its commitment to serving federal, state, and county agencies, local governments, and private sector clients. Today, with a history spanning over four decades, CP Engineers stands as a testament to enduring client relationships and a steadfast commitment to its core values: partnership, integrity, trust, respect, a passion for knowledge, and a genuine appreciation for others. The firm is known for its integrative methodology, which considers the market, the environment, and the community in every project, ensuring that its precision-crafted solutions are not only technically sound but also holistically beneficial.
