  • Develop, manage and scale digital design systems in Figma and ensure consistent application of brand standards.

  • Partner with marketing, product, and sales leaders to translate business objectives into compelling creative strategies.

  • Apply UX best practices to ensure all designs are user-friendly and conversion-driven.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines with creative excellence.

  • Identify opportunities to innovate, including the use of animation, motion graphics, and emerging design technologies.

  • A different combination may be considered: master’s degree + 4 years’ experience; Ph.D. + 1 year of experience; or 10 years of directly related experience in lieu of degree.

  • Proficiency in Figma and using scalable design systems.

  • B2B experience required.

  • Portfolio showcasing work across display ads, email campaigns, landing pages, campaign assets, and web templates with examples of leading or guiding others.

  • Knowledge of UX best practices to ensure designs are user-friendly and conversion-driven.

  • Ability to balance creativity with business objectives and adhere to brand guidelines.

  • Strong eye for design with proven experience leading the creation of digital marketing assets.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the tech industry or with SaaS/Cloud brands.

  • Experience managing or mentoring design talent, either directly or through cross-functional leadership.

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms.

  • Skills in motion graphics or video editing (After Effects or similar).

  • Familiarity with Lottie files or other animation tools.
