We’re looking for an Executive and CRM Assistantwho is proficient in using GoHighLevel to support our client, a creative and faith-grounded professional behind Another Brilliant Idea — a company serving the funeral and compassion industry through community-focused marketing, heartfelt client relationships, and mission-driven storytelling.
The ideal candidate combines technical expertise in GoHighLevel with warm, people-centered communication skills. You’ll be both the system builder and the connector — keeping operations organized while ensuring the client’s brand voice and relationships are nurtured with care and sensitivity.
Work Setup: Remote
Schedule: Part-Time – 10 hours per week
Rate: $7 USD per hour

Job Summary:
In this role, you’ll oversee administrative, marketing, and CRM functions — from managing Google Workspace and email systems to optimizing GoHighLevel workflows, creating content, and nurturing community engagement. You’ll play a key role in supporting Client’s daily operations and ensuring her voice, message, and mission reach the right audience with authenticity.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
- Manage and organize Google Workspace, ensuring smooth operations and document access
- Oversee email management, keeping communications timely, organized, and prioritized
Sales & Marketing
- Follow up with leads, update CRM records, and manage consistent outreach
- Create and schedule engaging social media content across Client’s and Another Brilliant Idea’s platforms
- Handle social media engagement — respond to comments, messages, and DMs
- Clean up CRM automations and refine keyword triggers for accurate auto-replies
- Draft, design, and send weekly newsletters and client emails (helpful, inspiring, and entertaining content)
- Send tailored email updates to existing clients — such as local events and community stories
CRM & Systems (GoHighLevel)
- Build and manage landing pages, funnels, and automation workflows
- Monitor system performance, cadence, and results
- Qualify and follow up with leads via calls, emails, or messages
- Clone and edit landing pages, ensuring proper backend setup and workflow integrations
Qualifications:
Must-Haves:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on HighLevel experience(required)
- Proven ability to build funnels, landing pages, and automations.
- Strong administrative and organizational background
- Experience in social media content creation and email marketing
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and CRM tools
- Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
