Work Setup: Remote (Pacific Time)
Schedule: Part-Time – Starting at 15 hours per week

Job Summary:
In this role, you’ll assist the client in creating and maintaining visually appealing websites, implementing digital marketing strategies, and managing a content-rich social media calendar. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy — someone who thrives in both design and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Support
- Update and maintain websites using WordPress (Divi or Elementor preferred)
- Assist in client onboarding and web project coordination
- Upload blog content and landing pages
- Conduct quality checks for links, buttons, and mobile responsiveness
Digital Marketing
- Draft and send newsletters and email sequences
- Monitor analytics and performance metrics (Google Analytics, SEO tools)
- Conduct light competitor and keyword research
Social Media Management
- Develop and manage a monthly content calendar across platforms
- Create reels, carousels, and branded graphics
- Edit short-form videos and track their performance
- Write captions and scripts with strong, engaging hooks
- Research trends and recommend content ideas to align with business goals
Admin Support
- Register Christine for online events or speaking engagements
- Draft follow-up emails and organize digital folders and assets
Must-Haves:
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in WordPress (Divi and/or Elementor)
- Strong creative skills in video editing, content writing, and design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy
- Able to work Pacific Time hours
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with digital agencies or service-based businesses
- Knowledge of SEO, analytics, and email marketing tools
- Familiarity with branding and web strategy
