This role is responsible for streamlining communication, ensuring program integrity, strengthening partnership execution, and driving measurable value for VMG members through consistent oversight, data visibility, and proactive collaboration.
Requirements
- 7+ years in animal health, veterinary distribution, practice operations, or strategic partnerships
- Strong understanding of veterinary purchasing, rebates, and Member association programs
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and complex workflows
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data
- Excellent communicator with strong relationship building skills
- Experience working with enterprise systems, reporting platforms, and analytics teams
