Overview

This role will be critical to driving overall business growth. The successful candidate will possess an ability to provide licenses to the customers, Administration of various portals and Releases of Edifecs/Cotiviti Products. Candidate need to interact with various internal teams as well as customers.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial testing of Edifecs/Cotiviti products to ensure they meet the required standards before being made available to customers.
  • Facilitate communication with customers regarding released Edifecs/Cotiviti products, ensuring timely updates and addressing queries.
  • Create, manage, and administer virtual machines (VMs) and set up environments with Edifecs/Cotiviti products for internal usage.
  • Generate and provide licenses for Edifecs/Cotiviti products to internal teams and external customers.
  • Oversee the administration of various Edifecs/Cotiviti’ portals to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform maintenance activities for hosted environments to ensure reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • BTech in Computer Science or a related field/MCA
  • 2-4 years of experience in support role for Java Web and Desktop application.
  • Must have experience of debugging logs and SQL Server queries.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Java, SQL Server.
  • Good knowledge of Tomcat, ActiveMQ, IBM MQ and Kafka.
  • Knowledge of installation of Microsoft SQL, Oracle and Tomcat.
  • Working knowledge of Admin and End user Linux commands.
  • Willing to work in rotational shifts.

  • Must be detail-oriented and logical.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn new technical concepts and software languages.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure.
