Responsibilities
- This individual will work under the direct supervision of a Director and/or Manager.
- Innovation and Development: Spearhead initiatives to bring new ideas and technologies to the forefront of our content management strategies.
- Application Design: Utilize Microsoft Power Automate and Power Platform to design, develop, and implement applications aimed at enhancing business processes and content delivery.
- Process Automation: Identify opportunities for automation within the Content Team workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering Teams to develop solutions that align with our overarching business goals.
- Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret data to inform decision-making and measure the impact of Content Team initiatives.
- Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Health Informatics, Information Technology, Health Information Management, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Platform, and SQL Server, and other relevant technologies. Familiarity with application design and development, natural language processing, and generative AI is a plus.
- Innovative Mindset: A strong desire to challenge the status quo and bring innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to inform strategies and decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with team members across different functions.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to pivot quickly as priorities shift.
