Intern - Content Innovation and Technology

Cotiviti is a leading provider of payment accuracy services to the most recognized companies in the healthcare and retail industries. We are seeking a dynamic and innovative intern to join our Content Team for a Summer Intership.

With a focus on leveraging cutting-edge technologies like Microsoft Power Automate and Power Platform, this role is perfect for a tech-savvy individual looking to design applications that deliver substantial business value.

Responsibilities

• This individual will work under the direct supervision of a Director and/or Manager.
• Innovation and Development: Spearhead initiatives to bring new ideas and technologies to the forefront of our content management strategies.
• Application Design: Utilize Microsoft Power Automate and Power Platform to design, develop, and implement applications aimed at enhancing business processes and content delivery.
• Process Automation: Identify opportunities for automation within the Content Team workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering Teams to develop solutions that align with our overarching business goals.
• Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret data to inform decision-making and measure the impact of Content Team initiatives.
• Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Health Informatics, Information Technology, Health Information Management, or a related field.
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Platform, and SQL Server, and other relevant technologies. Familiarity with application design and development, natural language processing, and generative AI is a plus.
• Innovative Mindset: A strong desire to challenge the status quo and bring innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to inform strategies and decisions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with team members across different functions.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to pivot quickly as priorities shift.
