OUROPPORTUNITY
The QA LeadEngineer will be responsible for defining and executing the overall qualityassurance strategy across multiple products and platforms, ensuring thedelivery of high-quality, reliable, and scalable software. This role combineshands-on automation expertise with strong leadership in process improvement,team management, and quality governance. The QA Lead Engineer will partnerclosely with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams to drive qualityinitiatives, lead automation adoption, and establish a culture of continuoustesting and improvement.
YOUWILL
»Own the end-to-end QA strategy, including test planning,automation, performance, and release validation.
»Design, implement, and maintain scalable automation frameworksfor web, mobile, and backend systems.
»Lead, mentor, and coach QA engineers—providing technicalguidance, performance feedback, and career development support.
»Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure productrequirements are testable, measurable, and aligned with quality objectives.
»Integrate automated testing pipelines within CI/CD processes toenable continuous delivery and reduce regression risks.
»Drive performance, load, and security testing strategies toensure system reliability and scalability under real-world conditions.
»Evaluate and standardize automation tools, technologies, andbest practices across projects.
»Champion data-driven testing approaches and maintain visibilityinto product quality through KPIs and dashboards.
»Lead defect triage meetings, coordinate release testing, andensure timely defect resolution and risk reporting.
Requirements
»TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE YOU NEED
»Bachelor’s degree inComputer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
»6–10 years of experience insoftware testing, including at least 3 years in a QA Lead or similar leadershiprole.
»Strong hands-on experiencewith automation frameworks and tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium,TestNG, JUnit, etc.).
»Proficiency in at least oneprogramming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
»Experience integrating testautomation into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps).
»Strong knowledge of API andbackend testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar.
»Experience with performancetesting (JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner, or k6).
»Familiarity with testmanagement and bug tracking tools (Jira, TestRail).
»Excellent analytical, problem-solving, andorganizational skills with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
