We are seeking aTechnical Senior ProjectManagerwith strong Fintech expertise to lead high-impact projects inpayments,digital banking, blockchain, regtech, and data-driven platforms. You willdrive projects end-to-end usingAgile and hybrid methodologies, managingcross-functional teams and stakeholders while ensuring delivery within scope,budget, and compliance requirements.

This role requireshands-on knowledge ofmodern technology stacks, regulatory frameworks, and project managementpractices. You will play a critical role in aligning delivery withstrategic objectives, mentoring engineers, and contributing to organizationalgrowth.

YOU WILL:

»Leadend-to-end project management for complex programs involving multiple squads,technologies, and stakeholders.

»Defineproject scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with businessand technical stakeholders.

»Developdetailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.

»Overseeproject execution, ensuring timely delivery of milestones while maintainingquality and managing scope changes.

»Apply Agileprinciples and Scrum practices to drive iterative delivery, continuousimprovement, and stakeholder engagement.

»Identify,assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies proactively.

»FacilitateAgile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, andreviews) to promote team efficiency and transparency.

»Provideclear and consistent communication to executives, sponsors, and stakeholdersthrough status reports and presentations.

»Drivealignment between business goals and technical execution.

»Leadend-to-end project delivery across multiple streams (payments, open banking,lending platforms, digital wallets, regtech, data platforms).

»Create andmaintain detailed project roadmaps, sprint plans, and OKRs.

»ManageAgile delivery teams (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) while integrating DevOps/DevSecOpspractices into project execution.

»Overseecollaboration across engineering, QA, cybersecurity, infrastructure, andcompliance teams.

»Ensuredelivery aligns with ISO 27001, PCI DSS, GDPR, PSD2, SAMA, and SOC 2 compliancestandards.

»Driveadoption of cloud-native solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP), API-first development,and microservices architectures.

»Collaboratewith Product Owners and Business Analysts to refine backlog, user stories, andacceptance criteria.

»Monitor andcontrol budgets, risks, and quality, ensuring timely delivery.

»Prepare anddeliver executive-level dashboards, KPIs, and project health reports.

»Mentorjunior PMs and engineers, promoting best practices in Agile and secure softwaredelivery.

Requirements

TO BE SUCCESSFULIN THE ROLE YOU NEED:

»BS/MS inComputer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or relatedfield.

»Minimum8–10 years inIT project management, with at least4+ years inFintech or Financial Servicessoftware development.

»Deepunderstanding ofAgile methodology and the Scrum framework, withhands-on experience leading Agile teams.

»Experiencein the Fintech domain, including exposure to financial systems, digitalpayments, or regulatory compliance.

»Strongunderstanding of software development lifecycles (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, orhybrid methodologies).

»Provensuccess in delivering large-scale, client-facing fintech platforms.

»Provenability to manage multiple priorities, budgets, and timelines in a fast-pacedenvironment.

»Exceptionalstakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.

»Deepunderstanding of Agile frameworks, DevSecOps integration, and CI/CD pipelines.

»Strongknowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices,containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and API ecosystems.

»Familiaritywith AI/ML use cases in Fintech (fraud detection, credit scoring, riskanalysis).

»Solid graspof cybersecurity and regulatory compliance in finance.

»Experiencewith project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Confluence, or similarplatforms.
