Accounts Payable Analyst

CookUnity is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Analyst to join our fast-growing company in a remote position. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing the payment process for vendor invoices, ensuring accurate and timely processing. The role involves verifying invoice accuracy, matching invoices with approved budgets and POs, reconciling vendor statements, resolving payment discrepancies, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Analyst or in a similar role (+2), preferably in a fast-growing company
• Advanced English Skills
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes, payment terms, and invoice reconciliation
• Proficient in using accounting software and tools, with experience in ERP systems (such as Netsuite) preferred
• Familiarity with expense management software
• Knowledge of expense policies and compliance requirements, including travel expenses and meals & entertainment budget
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and data entry skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing priorities and meeting deadlines
• Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement and efficiency
