Job Summary:
This exciting opportunity is full-time and permanent with Pellera Technologies. As Senior Consultant in our Digital Workplace Practice, you will play a key role in advising clients on the design, implementation, and optimization of digital workplace solutions. Leveraging your expertise in collaboration technologies, user experience design, and change management, you will help clients create modern, productive, and secure digital environments that enhance employee engagement and enable flexible work models. Your insights and recommendations will drive the success of digital workplace initiatives and contribute to the transformation of our clients' organizations.
Essential Functions:
- Lead Collaboration with clients to understand their business objectives, organizational culture, and workforce needs related to digital workplace transformation.
- Conduct assessments, workshops, and interviews to gather requirements, identify pain points, and assess current state capabilities across collaboration, communication, and productivity tools.
- Analyze findings and develop tailored recommendations, strategies, and roadmaps for digital workplace initiatives aligned with client goals and industry best practices.
- Design end-to-end digital workplace solutions, encompassing collaboration platforms, messaging tools, document management systems, and employee experience enhancements.
- Define solution architectures, integration requirements, and technical specifications based on client requirements, vendor capabilities, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and solution partners to evaluate technology options, conduct proofs of concept, and develop implementation plans for digital workplace projects.
- Lead or support implementation projects, working closely with technical teams, vendors, and partners to deploy digital workplace solutions according to project timelines and requirements.
- Configure, customize, and integrate collaboration tools, intranet portals, and productivity applications to meet client specifications and user needs.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams, resolving technical issues, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful delivery of digital workplace projects.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5-8 Year’s experience in consulting roles, digital workplace projects, or related areas such as collaboration solutions, user experience design, or change management.
- Microsoft digital workplace / collaboration certifications.
Location:
- Remote within the United States.
- Some travel may be required; <10%
