Vergölst is seeking a motivated IT Operator to support over 150 branches and franchise partners in the Vergölst system. The role involves providing first-level IT support, resolving user issues, and maintaining IT infrastructure. A key function is documentation and workflow management.
Requirements
- Admission, analysis and resolution of incoming disturbances (1st and 2nd level support)
- Problem solving via phone and remote maintenance
- Routing of tickets to support areas in other departments
- Recording of tickets in the BMC tickets system
- Commissioning, management of user requests
- Implementation of workarounds
- Advice to specialist departments
- Information and coordination
- Maintenance of internal and external documentation
