Requirements
- Completed studies in (Business) Informatics or a comparable field
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the implementation and integration of CRM and CX solutions
- Knowledge of data modeling, API integration, and cloud technologies is an advantage
- Understanding of sales, service, and marketing processes and their digitization
- Analytical skills, structured working method, and strong problem-solving skills
- Communication skills and enjoyment of working with customers and interdisciplinary teams
- Negotiable German and very good English skills
- Willingness to travel (depending on the project)
