Sourcing Specialist (AU Offshoring, Home-based) Project-Based

Schedule: Monday – Friday (07:00 AM - 04:00 PM PHT)

• Fully understand the full cycle of recruitment
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Experience recruiting for a variety of functions
• Strong background in candidate sourcing, screening and interviews

Nice to Have:

• Technology aptitude
• Negotiating skills
• Goal- driven
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities are essential
• Highly organized with a sense of urgency

What will you do?

• Deliver high quality professional level candidates by utilizing strategic sourcing and pipelining pool of candidates
• Execute targeted search/marketing/communication strategies to build both active and passive candidate pipeline
• Assist recruiters in sourcing and scheduling qualified candidates for their requirements.
• Schedule and conduct interviews via phone calls or video calls interviews.
