What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Experience in solution design, including D365 CE & BC/Power Platform implementation and integration with other systems such as Digital Contact Centre.
- Proficiency in data management/migration and understanding of IT project methodologies/lifecycle.
- Functional knowledge of MS Cloud technology and its applications.
- Project estimation
- Leadership roles in D365 CE/Power Platform implementations, comprehensive understanding of various Dynamics 365 applications and their integration with other business systems.
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics CE applications (sales, marketing, customer service, field service) and Power Platform components (model-driven apps, canvas apps, power automate, Power BI, Power Apps Portals, Power virtual agents, AI builder, etc.)
- Previous experience working for a consulting firm/System Integrator/Vendor
- Certifications: PL-200
Nice to Have:
- PL-600, MB-210, MB-220, MB-230, MB-240, catalyst accreditation
What will you do?
- Developing end-to-end solution designs, incorporating a range of D365 CE components.
- Providing technical leadership on emerging risks and issues in areas like migration, consolidation, standardization, automation, virtualization, and integration of various technologies.
- Ensuring all technology decisions align with both commercial and technical success criteria to support the business solution
- Crafting innovative solutions that meet complex business requirements, considering factors like performance, scalability, data security, operational effectiveness, cost, and time to market.
- Understand the commercial constraints and ensure all technology decisions satisfy commercial and technical success criteria
- Defining and governing technical direction and strategy internally and across project teams
- Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders
