Requirements
- Hold or be eligible for Oklahoma teaching certification
- Familiarity with state and federal guidelines related to EL instruction (e.g., WIDA assessments)
- Strong communication and technology skills
- Knowledge of the Oklahoma State Performance Framework
- Experience working with EL students (preferred)
- Bilingual proficiency (preferred)
- Virtual teaching experience (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to create a positive, student-centered learning environment
- Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) principles within the school community
- Customer focused approach
- High degree of flexibility
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work some occasional evening hours
- Willingness and ability to travel for school-based meetings, training, and state testing events
