Generative AI Software Engineer

Concord is seeking an experienced Senior Generative AI Software Engineer with full-stack expertise in Python and TypeScript. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge AI-powered solutions to transform customer interactions with products and services. This is a 6-12 month contract role with potential for renewal. The company emphasizes seamless integration, optimization, and activation of technology and data.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with strong proficiency in Python.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building production applications with LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models).
• Proven experience implementing RAG systems with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Azure AI Search).
• Strong proficiency with AI/ML frameworks such as Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, and LlamaIndex.
• Experience with prompt engineering, model evaluation, and LLM optimization techniques.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies (React, TypeScript, UI patterns), as well as containerization.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex AI concepts.
