Sr. Data Analyst

Concentrix is seeking a Sr. Data Analyst to join its Technical Products and Services team. The successful candidate will be a strategic architect for the Content Strategy Team, leveraging advanced analytics and data engineering to drive high-level insights within the dynamic online video industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in operations analytics, business intelligence, or a strategic analytical role
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL for complex data modeling, database optimization, and schema design
• Proficiency in Google Suite (e.g., Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides) for executive-level reporting
• Proven track record of building, maintaining, and presenting enterprise-level operational dashboards
• Deep expertise in the online video industry, digital media consumption patterns, and technology business principles
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex data landscapes for diverse audiences, balancing rigorous technical depth with executive-ready insights
• Passion for advancing data analytics, infrastructure, and automated reporting systems
• Exceptional oral and written communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
