Job Location-Remote
We’re hiring a Senior Salesforce Developer/Agentforce to join our team and help design, build, and deliver scalable, AI-enabled Salesforce solutions across enterprise environments.
In this role, you’ll work hands-on with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Service Cloud, contributing to Agentforce and intelligent automation use cases. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams, mentor developers, and support Salesforce delivery end to end—from design to post–go-live.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and AI-enabled workflows
Implement and support Agentforce and intelligent automation, especially within Service Cloud
Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and ETL tools
Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, and production support
Conduct code reviews and ensure Salesforce best practices, scalability, and security
Create technical documentation and solution designs
Mentor junior and mid-level developers
Collaborate with clients, product owners, architects, and Agile teams
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
Support pre-sales and solutioning efforts when required.
Must-Have Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, unit testing, and the Force.com platform
Solid experience with Service Cloud (case management, automation, digital channels)
Experience with Agentforce, AI-powered automation, or intelligent agent use cases
Strong background in integrations, OOP design patterns, and relational databases
Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and web services (REST, SOAP)
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Advanced English (written and spoken).
Certifications
Salesforce Platform Developer I – Required
Salesforce Platform Developer II – Required
Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant – Preferred
Salesforce AI / Agentforce-related certifications – Required

The base salary for this position is $140,000-$170,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
