About the Opportunity

ComplexChaos is seeking experienced independent management consultants to participate in our Founding Partner Program. This contract opportunity enables consultants to leverage our AI-powered stakeholder alignment platform within their existing client engagements.

We are building enterprise-grade technology that enables independent consultants to deliver strategic insights at scale. We are seeking 50 experienced consultants to pilot our platform on live client projects and provide feedback to refine the product.

Important: This is an independent contractor arrangement. Participants operate as external consultants and are not employees of ComplexChaos. Consultants maintain full ownership of client relationships and retain 100% of their consulting fees.

Program Structure

Your Consulting Practice:

• Deploy the ComplexChaos platform with your existing clients

• Deliver strategic insights, change management, and organizational alignment services

• Bill clients at your standard rates

• Receive complimentary platform access for 12 months

Partnership Compensation:

• Complimentary platform access throughout partnership duration

• Performance-based bonuses for project participation and feedback quality

• Case study documentation bonus (with client permission)

• Referral fees: 15% of annual contract value for client referrals

• Equity options available for top contributors

Responsibilities

Platform Deployment:

• Use ComplexChaos on 1-4 consulting engagements per quarter

• Integrate AI-powered stakeholder interviews into client projects

• Deliver consulting services enhanced by platform capabilities

• Maintain existing client relationships and project ownership

Product Development Support:

• Participate in monthly 60-minute structured feedback sessions

• Document platform performance and improvement opportunities

• Test new features prior to public release

• Provide insights on real-world consulting applications

Program Contribution:

• Share anonymized case examples with client permission

• Participate in co-marketing initiatives (optional)

• Engage with exclusive founding consultant community

• Contribute to product roadmap development

Required Qualifications

Essential:

• 7+ years of management consulting experience

• Background at top-tier firms (Big Four, MBB, Accenture, or leading boutique firms)

• Currently operating as independent consultant with active client base

• Minimum 2-4 consulting engagements annually

• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication capabilities

• Proficiency with technology platforms and AI-powered tools

• Authorization to work as independent contractor in Switzerland

Preferred:

• Expertise in strategy development, change management, digital transformation, ESG/sustainability, M&A integration, or organizational design

• Established relationships with enterprise organizations

• Multi-industry or cross-border consulting experience

• Multilingual capabilities for global client work

• Background in qualitative research or stakeholder engagement methodologies

The ComplexChaos platform is designed for consulting projects involving:

Performance Metrics

Partnership success is evaluated based on:

• Platform utilization across client projects

• Quality and actionability of product feedback

• Documentation of case studies and client outcomes

• Consistent participation in feedback sessions

• Quality of client or consultant referrals

Contract Terms

• Minimum Commitment: 1 client engagement using platform per quarter; minimum 2 projects over 12 months

• Feedback Requirement: Monthly 60-minute group sessions (12 total annually)

• Start Date: Rolling admission available

• Client Ownership: Consultants retain 100% ownership of client relationships

• Non-Compete: No non-compete or client exclusivity requirements
