Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare facility integration, project management, or multi-site operations
- Proven success leading cross-functional projects encompassing construction, readiness, and operational go-live
- Deep understanding of regulatory and operational requirements for launching or transitioning healthcare facilities
- Strong change management skills and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and executive presence
