The Project Manager serves as the operational backbone of project delivery, ensuring seamless execution from kickoff through closeout. This role partners closely with the Sr. Foodservice Designer to translate design intent into actionable project plans, driving schedule, budget, and coordination across all stakeholders.
Requirements
- Manage day-to-day project execution from programming through construction, ensuring all phases are delivered on time and aligned with project goals.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking milestones, deliverables, and critical paths to proactively manage progress and avoid delays.
- Serve as the central point of coordination between design teams, A&E consultants, general contractors, vendors, and operators to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
- Track project budgets, commitments, and cost changes, ensuring financial alignment and supporting procurement efforts for equipment and key materials.
- Maintain and actively manage issue logs, driving resolution across teams and escalating risks early to prevent project disruption.
- Oversee project documentation including drawings, RFIs, submittals, and reports, ensuring accuracy, organization, and accessibility for all stakeholders.
- Provide consistent status reporting to leadership, offering clear visibility into progress, risks, and key decisions.
- Support construction and field execution, including site coordination, installation oversight, punch walks, and final closeout to ensure alignment with design intent.
