Fresh & Ready, a group of private label food companies, is looking for a Regional Sales Director to focus on new business development for commissary sales across key channels. The role involves developing a territory plan, running full cycle selling, and collaborating cross functionally with Culinary, QA, Production, and Logistics. The ideal candidate has a track record of exceeding quota in foodservice/CPG or fresh prepared/grab and go sales.
Requirements
- Develop a territory plan to maximize net new revenue across priority and self operated verticals
- Run full cycle selling: targeted prospecting, discovery & menu gap analysis, solution design, pricing, sampling/tastings, RFPs, contracting, launch, and post launch optimization
- Collaborate cross functionally with Culinary, QA, Production, and Logistics to ensure specs and service levels align with Canteen Commissary food safety standards and operational capabilities
- Build data driven category stories—sell through, margin, waste reduction, and labor savings—and present compelling business cases to multi stakeholder buying teams
- Maintain accurate CRM pipeline, forecasts, and next steps; provide weekly KPI updates and quarterly business reviews
- Represent the brand at regional industry events and trade shows; consistently communicate our sustainability and food safety commitments
