Fully Remote Member Engagement Representative

We're looking for a Fully Remote Member Engagement Representative to join our team. As a Member Engagement Representative, you'll handle inbound and outbound communication, provide informed responses to members, and establish relationships with internal and external members to provide exceptional service.

Requirements

• Staying readily available for incoming communications
• Following established guidelines to protect the security of our members' information
• Proficiently using software for communication tracking and member documentation and follow up
• Establishing relationships with internal and external members and striving to provide exceptional service
• Meeting Credit Union standard for referring new memberships, checking accounts and loans
