The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Marketing and Events Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise sales and account-based marketing strategies. The successful candidate will work closely with go-to-market leaders to build and accelerate pipeline development for targeted accounts, leveraging their knowledge of the CPG/Retail markets.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement innovative field marketing and event strategies that align with company goals and sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify key accounts and tailor marketing efforts to drive engagement and pipeline growth.
  • Support agency relationships to ensure the delivery of high-quality marketing materials and event experiences.
  • Oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, including budget management, vendor negotiations, and logistical coordination.
  • Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of project management, from initial planning to post-event analysis.
  • Regularly report on marketing campaign results, providing insights and recommendations to enhance future performance.

What You'll Bring:

  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in field marketing and event management, preferably in the enterprise software industry or ad agencies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and events.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and account-based marketing techniques.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience in partnering with sales teams and external agencies.
  • Familiarity with CPG/Retail markets and the ability to adapt strategies to meet industry-specific needs.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and performance measurement tools.
