About your new role:

Command|Link is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Margin Analyst to join our fast-growing Cost Assurance team. In this role, you will safeguard margin integrity across the full service lifecycle by validating cost data, identifying margin variances, and ensuring accurate financial inputs from quote-to-cash. You’ll analyze key cost and service records, detect and prevent margin-impacting issues, and support the development of scalable, automation-ready financial datasets.

Partnering closely with Sales, Service Delivery, Billing, and internal software/data teams, you'll help advance Command|Link’s margin assurance capabilities and contribute to the systems and processes that support our rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze cost, billing, and service data to ensure accuracy and protect margin integrity.
• Establish and maintain financial data quality standards across orders, installs, and active services.
• Develop and refine processes, validation rules, and review workflows to support consistent margin assurance.
• Conduct regular audits and leverage KPIs to monitor margin health and surface discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design automation-ready margin checks and scalable data flows.
• Troubleshoot recurring issues, recommend improvements, and reduce manual review through process optimization.
• Support AI-readiness initiatives by improving data cleanliness and enabling predictive margin analysis.
• Contribute to special projects and cross-functional initiatives related to cost assurance and financial accuracy.
• Takes on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support the success of the team and organization.

What you'll need for success:

• Telecommunications industry experience required.
• 2–5 years in an analytical, operations, finance, or business support role.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify margin-impacting discrepancies.
• Ability to interpret and validate cost structures, vendor pricing, billing data, and service records.
• Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, reporting workflows).
• Experience with structured datasets, audits, or quality assurance processes.
• Strong communication skills and comfort partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Self-starter with excellent research, problem-solving, and documentation abilities.
• Ability to adapt to evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment
